Our concept is simple. We want your stay to be as uncomplicated as possible.

Simply choose your city and move in straight away. You arrive with just your suitcase, because everything you need is already on site. Furniture, bed linen, towels, crockery and kitchen utensils are provided to make you feel at home from day one.

You pay a monthly rent and have full cost control. Heating costs, electricity, internet and hot water are included. This means you don't have to worry about separate contracts and have no surprise additional costs.

If you want to move on, you can do so very flexibly. You can cancel at short notice and don't need a removal van or removal men. This means you are free to plan your stay as you wish and can organise it to suit your life.

You have the choice between cosy one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats. There are options for different budgets and requirements, whether you are only staying for a few months or want to be in the city for longer.

We do everything we can to ensure that your stay is pleasant and smooth. On request, you will receive fresh laundry every month so that you have as little to worry about as possible and can concentrate fully on your everyday life.

We are also there for you in an emergency. Our team is available on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00. At night and on weekends and public holidays, an on-call service is available to provide you with support whenever you need it.
