How do I pay my rent deposit?

A rent deposit is a guarantee that you deposit at the bank at the beginning of your tenancy in favour of Cityflats. It amounts to 1 month’s rent in each case. After you move out you will get this money back.
If you do not want to spend cash on a rent deposit, there is also the possibility of rent deposit insurance. This gives you the possibility not to block your money on a bank account for the duration of the rental contract. You can find more information at: https://www. firstcaution.ch
